Thomas Hoggarth scored three goals and five assists, while Holden Cattoni also netted three goals and six assists to lead the Peterborough Lakers to a 13-7 win over the Owen Sound North Stars Tuesday.
Holden Cattoni bookended a six-goal first period for the Lakers, with Turner Evans also adding two goals, while Hoggarth and Joe Resetarits added to the cause. Tyler Halls responded with a pair of goals, while Jackson Webster added one.
The Lakers grabbed the momentum and ran with it in the second period, with Koleton Marquis scoring a pair of goals, while Resetarits and Hoggarth pitched in with one each.
After Hoggarth scored again, the North Stars began to battle back with three goals from Tanner Buck, and one from Dante Kulas. Holden and Taite Cattoni replied for the Lakers.
