Four-Peat Complete! Six Nations Crowned Mann Cup Champions Again

The Coquitlam Adanacs faced the Six Nations Chiefs in game four of the 2026 Mann Cup at the Iroquois Lacrosse Arena in Hagersville, Ontario Saturday night.  Coquitlam had their backs against the wall down 3-0 in the series and needed this game to stay alive. 

The goaltending match-up had Christian Del Bianco in net for the Adanacs facing Warren Hill in net for the Chiefs. 

The Six Nations Chiefs completed the four-peat in dominant fashion, defeating the Coquitlam Adanacs 10-2 in Game Four to capture their fourth consecutive Mann Cup championship. Six Nations built a 2-0 first-period lead before exploding for five unanswered goals in the second, including three power-play markers, to take a commanding 7-0 advantage into the final period. Shayne Jackson scored twice during the second-period barrage, while Andrew Kew, Lyle Thompson and Randy Staats helped keep the pressure firmly on Coquitlam.

The Adanacs finally broke through with two power-play goals early in the third, but the Chiefs quickly answered with goals from Ryan Smith, Thompson and Staats to put the championship away. Warren Hill was named Six Nations’ Player of the Game after backstopping another strong defensive performance, while Reid Bowering earned the honour for Coquitlam. Ryan Smith received the Mike Kelly Award as Mann Cup MVP as Six Nations completed the series sweep and celebrated its fourth consecutive Mann Cup championship.

To The Game:

The Chiefs opened the scoring with Andrew Kew finishing a Randy Staats feed from in close at 9:25, followed by Ian MacKay from the side of the net converting a Kyle Rubisch feed at 18:25.

After one period, Six Nations 2 Coquitlam 0.

Second Period:

Shayne Jackson opened the second-period scoring on the power play at 2:22, hammering a blast from in tight off a Lyle Thompson feed.

Jackson struck again on the man advantage at 4:36, finishing a beautiful tic-tac-toe passing play from Ryan Smith and Josh Byrne to extend the Chiefs’ lead.

Andrew Kew added Six Nations’ third power-play marker of the period at 7:44, ripping a high-to-high blast off a Dhane Smith feed. Lyle Thompson kept the onslaught going at 10:26, finishing a Josh Byrne pass from in close, followed by Randy Staats at 11:37, hammering a backhanded shovel shot into the corner off a Ryan Smith feed.

After two periods, Six Nations 7, Coquitlam 0.

Third Period:

The Adanacs finally broke through just 41 seconds into the third period on the power-play, with Jalen Chaster finishing a Dylan McIntosh feed. Coquitlam struck again with the man advantage at 3:18 when Kean Moon unleashed an outside blast off another McIntosh pass.

Six Nations quickly put an end to any thoughts of a comeback. Ryan Smith finished from in close off a Shayne Jackson feed at 6:58 before Lyle Thompson fired a low laser from the outside off a Dhane Smith pass at 10:08.

The Chiefs kept pouring it on at 11:34, with Randy Staats converting another Dhane Smith feed to put the finishing touches on a dominant championship performance.

Final score, Six Nations 10, Coquitlam 2.
